Normally & The Goal Time Frame Is Estimated 4-24 Weeks, From The Date Of Purchase. Although We Aim For Being True To Our Production Time, In The Event That Extra Time Is Needed To Complete A Custom Order, An Email Will Be Sent To Notify Of That. PAYMENTS


All Deposits Are Non-Refundable. All Sales Are Final. Payment Of A Custom Ordered Piece Nulls Any Rights To A File A Dispute On The Transaction A Request To Cancel A Custom Order, For Any Reason, Including But Not Limited To Buyer's Remorse, Will Result In Forfeiting The Deposit And The Furniture Piece(s) Will Become The Property Of Jennifer Vitalia Design Llc. There Are No Refunds On Deposits, Partial Payments, Or Full Payments As Each Piece Is Custom Ordered. All Deposits Are Non-Refundable. All Sales Are Final. Custom Orders Require A 70% Deposit With The Remaining Balance On A Payment Plan With Set Payment Due Dates Or Can Be Paid In Full. Late Payments Made After The Due Date Will Result In A $75 Charge Per Week. In The Event Of A State Shutdown, The Late Fee Will Not Be Applied During The Weeks Or Months On Lockdown. There Are No Payment Plan Options For Orders Under $1000.00. Full Balance Must Be Paid Before Any Furniture Pieces Will Be Released. Non-Payment Of The Balance Past 30 Days Upon Completion Will Be Considered A Breach Of Contract, Resulting In Any Payments Made Will Be Forfeited, Furniture Piece(s) Will Become The Property Of Jennifer Vitalia Design Llc, Additionally, Any Open Balance Will Still Be Owed Along With And A 15% Penalty Fee Of The Orders Total. If A Dispute Is Placed, Your Account Will Be Immediately Sent To The Companies Lawyer And Or Collection Agency, All Contact Will Jennifer Vitalia Design Will Be Stopped. A Chargeback, Dispute Or Claim Will Result In A 30% Fee Added To Your Total Balance Plus Any Fees Accrued, Along With Any Damages.




DAMAGED DURING DELIVERY:


Please Contact Immediately, Before The Delivery Company Leaves. Literally Everything Is Recorded Since Covid And The Many Lessons Learned. You Will Receive Copies Of The Footage From The Studio Cameras As The Company Was Preparing For Transportation Well As Final Finish Approval.




HANDLE CHANGE


Change Of Handle(s) And/or Color Must Be Decided Before The Restoration Process Begins As This Is Part Of The Prepping Process. Any New Handles Must Be Received Before The Painting Process Begins. All Handle And Color Changes Are A Flat Rate Each Of $10.00 Per Handles. A Handle Change Request Made Afterwards, Will Include A Fee Of $450.00 For Back Labor Time And Will Also Add On 4 Additional Weeks To Your Production Time.




PREPPING


Prepping Is The Most Important And Most Time-Consuming Stage In Restoration. Colors Must Be Decided Before Restoration Painting. You Will Be Required To Complete A Color Selection Form For Each Piece.




COLOR CHANGE


Color Change Requests Once The Paint Finishing Has Begun Will Be Billed At The Full Invoiced Restoration Cost And A One-Time Fee Of $600.00 For Back Labor Time. Color Changes Will Also Add On 6 Additional Weeks To Your Production Time. A Color Change Request Form Will Need To Be Filled Out And Signed. Jvd Reserves The Right To Deny The Request. If A Color Change Request Is Denied The Piece Will Move Forward Into Completion With The Original Paint Finish Selected In The Design Consult. No Refunds Will Be Made For A Denied Color Change Request.




ORDER UPDATES


Order Updates Are Provided Via Email During Each Stage. Production Time Is Est: 24 Weeks. Updates Are Sent When The Piece Enters The Next Stage Only. Images Of Your Piece Are Sent Only In The Locate, Pieces Confirmed At The Studio And Final Painting Layers During The Recorded Zoom Meeting. Images Will Not Be Sent During The Prepping Stage As They May Be Wrapped Up, In Prep Or Limited Access To The Piece Depending On Where It Is Line. When The Final Paint Layer Email Is Received That Is When It Gets Exciting Again!

Now that we know all the details, it’s go time! We find pieces from an extensive network of antique/modern dealers, auctions, importing and everywhere in between. You will receive different options via text message which includes images and details of each option. Upon, option approval we move forward fast with retrieving it before it’s gone. Not really loving an option sent over? You can simply reply Pass. Express what you aren't fond of, which in turn helps us find the perfect match. Above all else we always say: You will know when you see it. Once a piece is approved, an invoice will be sent over, and the piece will be picked up. DURING THE LOCATE PROCESS IT MOVES VERY FAST ESPECIALLY, IF WE ARE AT AN AUCTION. THE SAME WAY YOU SAW “IT” AND KNEW THAT IT WAS MEANT FOR YOU, UNFORTUNATELY, SO DID OTHERS. TIMING IS OF THE ESSENCE IN RETRIEVING YOUR PIECES AS THERE IS ALWAYS PEOPLE IN LINE WAITING TO PURCHASE BEFORE THE FIRST PERSON GETS THERE...WHICH IS US! Should we lose an approved piece due to non-payment before the scheduled pick up time unfortunately, that will still count as a completed location. PREPARING  |  THE SPA DAYS


Think of prep as a spa getaway for furniture... Sanding, sculpting, nails, and polish. Proper preparation is a vital for the final finish layers and overall quailty. Now, that we have the piece in the studio, it will start it's transformation. Images will be sent via text once arrived in the studio. It will now be in the prep stage until it's ready for paint. We will discuss colors again just in case anything changed about a week before it goes into the final layers.

Order Updates Are Provided Via Email During Each Stage. Production Time Is Est: 24 Weeks. Updates Are Sent When The Piece Enters The Next Stage Only. Images Of Your Piece Are Sent Only In The Locate, Pieces Confirmed At The Studio And Final Painting Layers During The Recorded Zoom Meeting. Images Will Not Be Sent During The Prepping Stage As They May Be Wrapped Up, In Prep Or Limited Access To The Piece Depending On Where It Is Line. When The Final Paint Layer Email Is Received That Is When It Gets Exciting Again!
