All sales are final. All deposits are non-refundable. All custom orders require a 70% deposit. The remaining balance will be on a payment plan. Non-Payment of the balance past 7 days upon completion of work will be considered a breach of contract and all payments made will be forfeited and the furniture piece(s) will become property of Jennifer Vitalia Design LLC. No pieces are released from Jennifer Vitalia Design, unless appoved and paid in full.

Sales can only be canceled within 24 hours, and refund will have 15% transaction fee deducted. A request to cancel after 24 hours, for any reason, including but not limited to buyer’s remorse, will result in forfeiting the deposit and the furniture piece(s) will become property of Jennifer Vitalia Design LLC.
There are no refunds on deposits, partial payments, or full payments as each piece is custom ordered.
Due to the increasing amount of buyer online scams: Any attempts in requesting a full refund with your credit card company as a charge back or via pay pal will not be honored. Fraudulent refund requests will be sent to a collection agency for dispute and will be reported to all three credit reporting agencies. These fraudulent requests will also be subject to legal action including pursuit of legal fees accrued. If a charge back is filed after a piece is delivered, your account will also be handed over to a repossession company for further action, and any amounts charged from this company will be billed accordingly and sent to collections.
Delivery is not included on any listing.
Shipping vintage and antique pieces requires delicate care. Shipping is white glove ONLY. Pieces are blanket/shrink wrapped, and if needed crated by the delivery company. Pieces are never flown, yet delivered in boxed enclosed trucks and hand carried to ensure they reach the destination intact. Pieces are scheduled for delivery once complete and approved in writing by the client.
Deliveries are with an outside company, and all deliveries are insured and documented with documents, photos, and videos. All deliveries require a signature. Damages that occur durning transit, can result in a claim for which the piece will be repaired.
Denial of a piece to be delivered to default on payment or receive a refund, will result in legal action. Please see refunds above.
Delivery time frame depends on what shipping carrier is used, buyer’s location, and price. At Jennifer Vitalia Design, we have accounts with the same companies that ship for huge retailers. We also do a bidding method with shippers to always try to get the best price for out-of-state clients. For an exact quote on a delivery cost, send an email request with your city/zip code. Delivery is through all 50 states and some parts of Canada. International Shipping can be arranged as well.
We deliver throughout NJ every day, and in NYC & Philly at least two to three times a week. States close to NJ have a faster delivery time frame and cost $150 for delivery.

Custom Ordered ~ Production time: Est: 12-16 weeks. There is ALWAYS a waiting list for Jennifer Vitalia’s work. Orders are worked on in the order they are received to keep a tight and fair schedule. This time frame does not include shipping.
Custom Built ~ Production time: Est: 12-16 weeks. (As of April 17, all custom-built pieces are already booked out and there will be no openings until November 17)
Jennifer Vitalia Design LLC is a registered and licensed company with two locations, both in Sayreville, NJ.
Jennifer Vitalia Design uses custom made paints and stains. They are a combination of many different types of professional, industrial grade minerals, pigments, and sealants. All the details are done by hand to bring out the natural beauty of the piece. No furniture piece is one color, yet will have tones to add depth.
Jennifer Vitalia Studio does NOT use any wax, chalk, milk, mud based paints or interior wall paints on any pieces. Requests to use these paints will be denied as they are not suitable for furniture or of professional grade along with they hold no warranty.
Cleaning pieces of furniture should be done with a slightly dampened cloth, as you would clean any other furniture. There is no maintenance required with any pieces.
